Another great conversation and lots to think about! Thanks, ladies!
Great conversation!! I have to re listen to the whole interview! I am finding it quite ironic that as I try to engage and listen to each interview I am pulled away by my two toddlers and or my husband. What I have learned about myself through this process is that I need to learn to say its mommy’s turn now!! I know it will take some time but just allowing myself the time to listen to each interview is progress! Thanks for this opportunity to come to this realization!
Could you please share the link to the free audio that was mentioned in the interview?
I related to the point that clarity is a concept of my mind that is associated with safety and related to perfectionism. I often seek clarity and perfection and thus don’t get anywhere. I struggle to find that balance between discernment/clarity and simply accepting that something can be better than nothing and that the imperfect can be perfect in a given moment or phase of life.
Thanks for your sharing
Big props to the “moving forward” piece of personal growth. Thank you for speaking it. I hope that most of us are ready to accept this work. Good stuff mama.
Saying no and being true are good tidbits too! Good luck to you as your daughter transitions to college.
It is imperative to keep something of ourselves alive! Love the word IMPERATIVE
I also like how you put it Lisa “This is where you are. This is your FULL LIFE.” Throw out the shoulda, woulda, couldas!
